The bill (Reg. No.5427) changes the title of clause 222 of the Criminal Code from "Fraud with Financial Resources" for "Illegal Receipt of Financial Resources." The bill supplements this clause with a new article establishing criminal responsibility "for a knowing receipt of subsidies, subventions, grants or credits by the sole proprietors or the founder (participant) or the official of the economic entity due to a mistake or negligence of the authorized persons, which inflicted great damage."
